 Exchange Policy

Unlike most companies, we offer an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress! Exchanges are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and expedited processing fees) as long as the following steps are completed:

1. The form below has been filled, and your order is returned 30 days after receiving your order in the mail.

2. A second dress has been purchased.

3. The original dress has arrived to our facility in perfect condition.

 

  • Kennedy Blue does not provide refunds for shipping fees or rush production fees. 
  • Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label.

Return Policy

Made-to-Order Bridesmaid Dresses

We offer a 75% refund on our made-to-order bridesmaid dresses. All returns must be in original condition. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below and return your item 30 days of receiving your order. 

 If your wedding date has passed, and you have or have not filled out the form below, you will not be eligible for any type of refund. 

Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label.

Kennedy Blue does not provide refunds for shipping fees or rush production fees. 

In-Stock Dresses
In stock dresses are FINAL SALE. No refunds will be offered after an in stock dress has shipped from our facility. 
Accessories

 

Sale & Full Price accessories are eligible for a full refund. All returns must be in original condition. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below and return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Clearance accessories are final sale.

Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label.

Kennedy Blue does not provide refunds for shipping fees.

Made-to-Order Wedding Dresses

Made-to-order Wedding dresses are FINAL SALE. No refunds will be offered after a wedding dress has shipped from our facility. 

 Fabric and Swatches

 

Kennedy Blue does not offer returns on fabric swatches or fabric purchased by the yard.

 

 

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

 

FINAL SALE:

Both "In stock" dresses and Bridal gowns are final sale. This means that once the order has shipped out of our warehouse, they are not eligible for a return. This also means that you will not be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your order with us after our 48 hour cancellation policy. Learn more about this below. 

Cancellations:

Cancelling Your Made-to-Order dress: If you reach out to us within 48 hours of ordering your 'made to order' dress, you are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after 48 hours of ordering, you are eligible for an 75% refund. If you need to make any changes to your order, fill out the form below. 

Cancelling your Made-to-order Bridal Gown: If you reach out to us within 48 hours of ordering your 'made to order' dress, you are eligible for a full refund. All cancellation requests after 48 hours will be denied due to our FINAL SALE policy

Cancelling your "in stock" dress: So long as you reach out to us before your item is shipped, you will be eligible for a full refund. In stock dresses generally ship out next business day.

Cancelling your accessory order: So long as you reach out to us before your item is shipped, you will be eligible for a full refund. Accessories generally ship out next business day.
