Exchanges are eligible for a full refund as long as the dress is in its original condition and a second dress has been purchased. Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
