Exchange Policy

Unlike most companies, we offer an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress! Exchanges are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and expedited processing fees) as long as the following steps are completed:

1. The form below has been filled out within 14 days of receiving your order in the mail.

2. A second dress has been purchased.

3. The original dress has arrived to our facility in perfect condition.

 

  • Kennedy Blue does not provide refunds for shipping fees or $25 rush cut fees. 
  • Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label.

In-Stock dresses are eligible for an exchange for other available in stock dresses, or a made-to-order dress.

Made-to-Order Bridesmaid Dresses

We offer an 80% refund on our made-to-order bridesmaid dresses. All returns must be in original condition. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. If your wedding date has passed before reaching out to our team about your return. You will not be eligible for any type of refund. 

Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label.

We offer an 80% refund on our In-Stock dresses. All returns must be in original condition. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order.

Fabric and Swatches

 

Kennedy Blue does not offer returns on fabric swatches or fabric purchased by the yard.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

Cancellations:

Cancelling Your Order:

If you reach out to us within 48 hours of ordering your 'made to order' dress, you are eligible for a full refund. 

For cancellations after 48 hours of ordering, you are eligible for an 80% refund. If you need to make any changes to your order, fill out the form below.
