We offer exchanges and returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. To be eligible:

  • The products must be in their original condition
  • The exchange/return form below must be started within 21 days of delivery
  • You have 30 days to return your products to our facility.

Bridesmaid Dress Exchanges

To ensure you have the best fitting dress for your wedding, we offer an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress. Exchanges are eligible for a full refund minus shipping and rush production costs.

Please keep in mind that most bridesmaid dresses will need some type of alterations to make sure the dress is properly fitted. We recommend that you take your dress to a seamstress before exchanging your dress.

Return Policy

Made-to-order dresses: We offer a 75% refund on most made-to-order dresses. This includes:

We charge a restocking fee because most of our dresses are made-to-order. This means that each dress is made specifically for each customer. This allows us to offer more colors and sizes at a lower price.

Accessories: We offer 100% refund on most accessories. This includes:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue.
