Understand our dress delivery timeline
Most of our dresses are made-to-order, which means we start making your dress after your order is placed. This lets us offer a wider range of colors and styles at a lower cost, while also reducing waste.
Production time is how long it takes to make your dress; shipping is the time it takes to ship from our warehouse to your address.
What if I need to change my address?
Contact us at info@kennedyblue.com if you need to change your address. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address. Kennedy Blue is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! International shipping may take longer than the estimated dates above. Since our products ship from our Minnesota warehouse, overseas deliveries may take an additional 1–3 weeks, and delays can occur if a package is held in customs.
We use USPS and FedEx. At checkout, you can see if shipping to your country is available by entering your address. Any duties, taxes, or fees due on delivery are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded if items are returned or exchanged.
