Simply elegant, Emma is a great choice for your wedding party. The high waisted cut means all shapes and figures can enjoy this dress, and it’s comfortable too!

Fit and Sizing
When taking measurements for this dress, we recommend paying attention to bust and rib cage measurements. Waist and hip measurements are not as important for Emma because of the higher waisted cut. Emma is an excellent dress for all figures because it is loose in the stomach and waist. This makes it comfortable, free flowing, and easy to wear. We recommend Emma for bridesmaids who are expecting because the fullness in the waistline is great for maternity wear.
We recommend that pregnant women go up two sizes, depending on the stage of pregnancy. Emma can be hemmed to your desired length, and additional fabric is available if needed to add to the waistline and/or sides.
The model pictured is 5’10” and is wearing a size 4 dress.
Fabric and Care
Emma is made from a crinkle chiffon fabric which is comfortable to wear and similar in quality to silk, but much easier to clean and care for. This dress is dry clean optional, but can also be washed regularly at home on a delicate cycle. Best of all, the exceptional quality of the crinkle chiffon means Emma will hold up over multiple washes so you can make the most of your dress.
I loved this dress. It was comfortable, looked great, and was just perfect for the wedding. You can't help but to feel good while wearing this dress. You have this almost princess feel. All of the bridesmaids- all with very different body types- looked stunning with the Emma in the Slate Blue color! I got so many complements, questions on where I got the dress, and when I told people the price I paid for such a beautiful dress they were shocked! It really was a great deal and exactly what I expected and more.
It's a really beautiful, well made dress and it arrived earlier than expected!
Taking Your Measurements
For the most accurate measurements, do not measure over your clothing. Your measurements should be taken while wearing undergarments similar to the ones you will wear with your dress. The measuring tape shouldn't be pulled too tight or have too much slack, and should always be parallel with the floor.
**Wedding apparel is typically sized differently than retail clothing, so keep in mind that it's not uncommon to find yourself requiring alterations.
Bust size: Wrap the tape around your back and under your arms at the fullest part of your bust (not underneath the bust).
Waist size: While standing up straight, bend at the waist to one side. Take the measurement where the natural crease happens in your side. This should be a few inches above your belly button.
Hip size: Standing with your feet together, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and butt to get this measurement.
Choosing your correct size
Compare these three measurements to the Kennedy Blue size chart above. It is very important that you order the largest size that corresponds to your measurements. For example, if your bust measures 40.5" (size 12), your waist measures 31" (size 10) and your hips measure 41.5" (size 8), we advise that you order a size 12, and get your dress altered down to custom fit your body. Ordering anything smaller than a size 12 would not fit in the bust area. Please note: Our bridal gown size chart is different than the bridesmaids sizing and is listed below.
